UTILITIES

Utilities provide the ability to configure options, backup and restore the patient database and set up passwords for new users.

Configuration Options Lets you customize the system to your own needs.

Backup Patient Data You may backup patient data to another hard disk, a floppy or a CD-ROM.

Restore Patient Data You may restore a prior version of the patient database when you encounter system problems.

Set Up User Passwords Set Up User Passwords lets you create a User Name and Password for each employee entitled to use the system, and also lets you determine and set each from (or feature) these individuals are permitted to view or update.

A representative Utility, Set Up Passwords, whereby you may add, change or delete user passwords, is shown below.
