Social Habits permits you to record the patient's long-term sexual habits, STDs, gynecological history, and alcohol and tobacco use, including the following:

Date tested HIV-Positive   Source of HIV infection   Birth control method used   Date and result of last TB test   Sexual history

Gynecological history   Sexually Transmitted Diseases   Tobacco use   Alcohol use

As with all other forms used in the system, the physician can color code any row of patient data denoting that the data should be analyzed based on the color selected.
