ORDERING T-CELL TRACKER ONLINE

T-Cell Tracker is available as a standard version or you may purchase nine (9) additional optional components so you only need to purchase those features that you desire for your practice or clinic.

Ordering T-Cell Tracker is a very simple process.
	Select the features you wish to add to the basic package by checking the appropriate "Add Feature" checkbox in the PRODUCT ORDERING block.
	Fill in the company name, division, contact's name, address, phone/fax number and e-mail information in the BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION block. If the product will be shipped to a different person/address, please fill in the same entries in that area.
	Optional annual technical support may be selected which is equal to 15 percent of the entire order.
	Click on the Confirm Order button.
	An Order Confirmation/Invoice will appear for you to review. You may cancel, change or place the order.
	EMRS uses Paypal to accept payments, so please have your credit card handy.
